TAC uses Personalized Learning Plans to provide critical elements of learning to the individuals in your organization in order to provide only those pieces of knowledge needed to satisfy your goals as outlined in the initial Needs Assessment.

Agnostic Learning: 

Agnostic indicates that learning is performed across accessible platforms equally.  As an example, the learner may use his/her super-phone to access a learning element while in the backseat of a car in a car-pool on the way to work.  They may then continue in the same learning element in the office from their workstation, then complete the course at home, after dinner on their laptop.

Adaptive Learning
