Twisted Aspen Consulting, Inc. (TAC) was established in 2013 by Mr. Todd W. DeVoe, MHS, CHS-III to provide Learning and Development (training) program support to Department of Defense clients. Our expertise spans the spectrum of learning initiatives enabling any organization or community to achieve a heightened state of readiness to achieve organizational goals. Today, TAC provides private sector clients these value added services as well.
Todd retired in 2006 from the US Navy Special Operations community of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) after many years as a Master EOD Technician and has earned a Master of Arts degree in Homeland Security from the American Military University. Todd became a learning professional in 1987 and has managed adult learning programs for over 20 years. Since his transition to regular life, Todd has developed and managed Learning and Development (training) programs for the Department of Defense as a contractor.
Todd lives in Colorado with his wife of 34 years, the former Debbie Roark of Jackson, MI. He has three wonderful daughters and six grand children, and enjoys hiking through the mountains of CO with Deb and his two dogs, Leroy and Gunner.
Head of Development Coaching
Debbie has an extensive and diverse coaching background. She has been helping clients achieve their personal and professional outcomes for over 15 years and has helped to improve the lives of hundreds of people throughout the world. with over 14,000 coaching sessions to date. Debbie has a true knack for “stepping into” the client’s world, where she is able to assist in finding the right solutions for their goals and challenges.
Earning her coaching credentials through the Anthony Robbins Coaches Academy in 2000, she has received numerous awards for her superior performance as a coach, and has been recognized as one of the top 15% of executive coaches in the Anthony Robbins company.
Debbie has a Sales and Marketing background and has served on numerous boards, including as Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer for the Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation since 2011. During her time on the board, she was instrumental in helping to construct a local monument to honor all local Veterans and to set up guidelines for the foundation's award of Veterans Assistance grants. She believes in giving back and has contributed thousands of volunteer hours to various non-profit organizations.
Debbie lives in Colorado with her husband Todd of 34 years, has three beautiful and amazing daughters and six grandchildren.
